If you like, assign this kit to someone you trust. When you go over your final pre-ceremony checklist ask that person to review the contents of the kit against this list and to bring the kit to the wedding ceremony site. Suggested Emergency Kit:

Create the kit and place the items in an overnight bag or large purse. Assign the kit to a designated person such as your mother, bridesmaid, or whomever you trust and ask them to bring it to the ceremony site and place it in the bride’s dressing room.

For your well-being:

  • Antacid Tablets
  • Anthistamine, prescribed meds, aspirin, Tylenol, or Advil
  • Band-aids
  • Cough drops
  • Pepto-Bismol
  • Smelling salts
  • Tampons, pads

For your beauty:

  • Dusting powder
  • Hand lotion, wipes
  • Kleenex
  • Bobby pins
  • Make up
  • Baby powder (great for spills on white dresses)
  • Make up remover
  • Lint remover
  • Deodorant
  • Perfume
  • Make-up kits for bridesmaids (different complexions/colors)
  • Nail polish in shade worn and remover
